We don't record audio. Your phone picks up a short snippet and instantly turns it into a string of characters that can't be turned back into sound. The snippet itself is gone. We don't turn speech into text, and we have no idea who is in the room. All we do is compare that string against a catalog of ads.

No. Without access to the microphone, location, and notifications, Jak Wydaję won't start. We're telling you up front, because it's better you know now than after you've downloaded it. That's the condition for using the app with no fees and no ads.
